2012 puma ftd chiming

Ive been in a basscat for 13-14 years. I own a 97 jag and now this puma. I can drive the jag 70-72 mph with very little problem and very little chime. This puma is heck of a squirrel at 65 it as chiming bad. Do I start out with the jack plate all the way down and start from there or any advise would be welcomed..
