I would mark Easter week for my time off if I were planning today. I dont know that it is set, but my best educated guess would be a Thursday/Friday event. A big Amen to that. Thanks to Rick, the BassCat crew and all the volunteers. Fishing was tough for Dad and I but even a blind hog finds an acorn. I was lucky enough, and blessed enough, to catch the big fish of the tournament. Thanks to all the BCB staff and all the volunteers for a job well done. We had a great time on Rayburn. Congrats to Toledobasser for his big fish!!

I wished I would have counted the times that Rick Pierce said thank you to the crowd. He thanked us for everything for coming to the tournament to being basscat owners. I met him at the hotel when he first got there. Talked to him for about five minutes just like he had known me my whole life. The second morning my stern light went out. Was gonna tape a flashlight to it to get by (yeah, Im from Louisiana) when a guy in the parking lot told me to check with the service van. Not only did they have a replacement, they wouldnt accept payment. This was my first invitational but if the good Lord is willing wont be my last. I know this is long but it is so many positive things I could say. Bottom line is Thank YOU Mr Pierce for not only building a great boat but for watching out for the owners as well as your staff. Thats what makes a family! Also thanks to all of the support staff that made everything go smooth!

I want to take time to thank Rick and all basscat crew plus all the sponsors of the tournament for a great two days of fishing just because of those great people to take time out of there lives to make all of us satisfy our passion for fishing we enjoyed what all of us live to do and I would not no what I would do without my basscat boat thank you basscat family
