They are several places near the lake. When we do not stay with a cousin we stay at Hummingbird Hideaway. It is on the Mountain Home side of the lake. They are boat friendly and Lou gives one of the better fishing reports for the lake.Norfork Inn is right at Henderson.

However the facility is not big enough to accommodate all trailers, so you will be able to launch at other marinas and other boat ramps and then motor over to the cove to check in and take off. Bass Cat will usually post more information later on this year or the first part of next year. It is a fun time for family and friends.

BassCat will put the entry up on the Basscat.com page when it is finished. The dates are April 14-15th on Lake Norfork. If you search this board you can find out a little more, like resorts, and rooms in the area.

I cant ever remember the owners invitation being fished on Sunday! What happened to putting God first?

What happened to putting God first?Actually it used to be a Saturday/ Sunday tournament for a while if I remember correctly. They eventually moved it to Friday/Saturday to help with long distance travel. Dad would always make sure he got his church service in on Saturday afternoon anticipation service in Mtn Home.
