2020 Bass Cat Owners Invitational – FINAL location

UPDATE: We will be going to Lewis B. Smith Reservoir, out of the Dam Site and the host is the Walker County Chamber of Commerce, Jasper, Alabama. Formal release will be forthcoming. BCB Note: We want to let everyone know that the 2020 Owners Invitational does have some conflicts with the previous plan and the location is not established at this time. We will keep everyone informed as this develops and we are aggressively working on finalizing a location. BCB

Is this “location” in regards to the launch site or the lake itself?

Yeah, are we looking at a different lake now or trying to resolve Guntersville?

Inquiring minds are curious. I just ordered $32,000 worth of big Alabama swimbaits and I need to know whether to cancel the order. 🙂

That’s funny, we would cancel the order if your planing on Guntersville. They are hosting the Classic and our original plan was to backup to the Bassmasters Classic with the event on Guntersville that following weekend. Right now we are still discussing a location and place and we want to go the week after the Birmingham Classic. This would allow many members of the Bass Cat “Family” to visit the Classic in Birmingham and then make their week a long vacation. Unfortunately Guntersville is not going to be able to host us this year. We have attempted to move to the Goose Pond and Scottsboro area, though that is a hard one also as they have a major High School event that week.

Rayburn….? In all honestly I love traveling to the Ozarks, especially for a BCB owner’s tourny. We pull the kids out of school and make a family trip out of it. That area is our ultimate living destination one day.

So, the date for the event are set as March 13-15 ??? You are just trying to confirm the location correct?? Im just trying to get my vacation days lined out at my job.
