sounds like to me you have a light switch in one of the compartments that is on. Over a period of time, when the master power switch is off, those lights will go to off and start blinking. All this is normal and I believe it has something to do with the security system. Try finding a compartment where the compartment door is open or not closing the light switch entirely.
