203 Hull + Caracal STS Top Cap

I love Bass Cat boats. No other manufacturer can match the quality. I have an idea for the next project. Combine the 203 hull with a Caracal STS top cap and you will have a winner. I’m a Ranger owner (dram of owning a Bass Cat). My team partner has a fully restored Champion 206. That boat is the one we use for tournaments with forecasts of high wind or stormy weather. Rick please consider that combo.

Interesting Idea, but would definitely be a step backward. I personally having owned a couple of Champion 203 boats and a 206 and I am currently running a Puma STS I have to say that in every aspect the Puma STS hull is light years ahead of the Champion Hulls. The Puma STS is much more soft riding than the Champion hulls in really rough water and is a much more stable fishing platform.

The Ranger owners who have been in my Puma STS are always impressed with the layout.
