It is brand new! The reason for the nickel finish I put on it was becuase it a had Champion stamped on it and the guy had is name one it with a black marker. You put it on a pitch block it is perfect and perfectly balanced, never been welded on or touched with a grinder. Polish finish and a nickel finish has no difference in how it runs at all. If you are not happy we can trade again. Run it first. I stand behind everything I do 100 percent. Give me a call 870 467 5299

Am I not happy? I sent you a new 26P Tempest, polished and with PVS plugs, no Champion on the prop, the only thing that I didnt send was the prop shaft kit! This is my fault, Ill get this mess squared away where I should have went in the first place. Chuck Bumpilori
