#3 Cylinder

I just bought this 1992 Basscat Caracal with NUMEROUS wiring issues. I got it all working finally after finding a buddy who knew more than i did. Anyway, after we got all that done for giggles we did a compression test on all the cylinders. All were reading 120 lbs except #3 and it read 100 lbs. Is this BAD, Not SO BAD or what. its a 92 model motor as well

Oh yeah, its a Mercury 150 XR6 if that matters

It could be bad, though it depends on why the engine is down to 100 on that bank. Cost to repair on a do it yourselfer could be minimal now and pulling a head may show you more. Though in time, yes it will shoot the moon. BCB
