Tideman, my mechanic showed me that I had same issue on 12 Eyra with 250 ProXs. Also noticed that rigging hose was cut too short during rigging as when turned all the way to one side, it is very tight. Ive compared this to other Eyras and guess it just slipped through. Bottom line, he said not to worry, was more cosmetic than anything else as long as hoses inside rigging tube were not getting pinched and that part of motor wasnt getting flooded coming off plane. He showed me price difference to replace with OEM vs after market…bottom line labor to re-rig was biggest cost.
