I believe you were asking that if you went with 3 vice 4 batteries in the battery compartment, would your holeshot improve?If that is in fact what youre asking, I would try a quick on water test with the removal of one of your trolling motor batteries. If you see an improvement, you may even want to remove your built in charger and convert that into a portable charger.I fish very shallow tidewater rivers as well so Im always looking for a better holeshot. What some people may consider a decent holeshot, others such as myself may not. A 36V trolling motor on that boat must really get you moving! My rather heavy 21″ Champion came with a 36V 101 MinnKota but I swapped that out with a 24V trolling motor and it works just fine.If removing weight from the stern doesnt help and your outboard is sound, then detailed prop work as mentioned above may certainly help.
