I am referring to the insurance claim and what the motor is worth as is. I have found 7 4 stroke 250’s in stock and available to ship today. It might cost me $2000-$3000 or possibly less. I can get the new 250 for less but looking at 4 weeks or pay more and it’s available now. I don’t have an exact figure on my current motor minus the lower unit but have a good idea I think from talking to two different dealers as to what they would pay. Motor has Platinum extended warranty plus it’s still under original warranty. Maybe I am wrong but not too far off I am sure and of course I am assuming I can still get the 250, could two days ago.
