What would cause the pivot point between the 2 springs to be fully up on one side and not equal ? Is one of the axles setback? Is there a pin on the springs that center them on the axle . ? The left side is fine the right side is the problem.

Probably was jacked up to fix/change a tire ??? And not repositioned when dropped back down. My utility trailer has done the same thing, just jack it back up and re-position the hangers and should be o.k.,,,,If i understand your description ? D.
