We think you have a timer pod that should be red in color. This controls the aerators timing. The ETA circuit breakers can get a little finicky when they age. The interior plates sort of moves in there and they come and go sometimes. We would use existing wiring on the boat to do the lights and tap into that. The terminal block on the transom is also a source for a ground. Though we would use the hot on the Master Power switch.
