I felt like it was forever upside down in that bilge but I got it figured out! It was not the grounds on the terminal block, but the 1 power wire jumper was corroded inside of the insulation and had lost all connection. I don’t know about other models, but on my 01 P3 the terminal block was about 60% mounted behind the fuel tank and was a major pain in the butt to access, so I moved it about 4 inches to the center so it was not so hard to access in the future, and I made all new power and ground leads and jumpers to replace the 18 year old assemblies. It may be a couple of days before the neck straightens out, but no pain no gain they say.
