a big Thank You to Bass Cat

I bought a 1990 Pantera II recently and when trying to run a graph transducer to the rear, I pulled wires of the master switch and lights switch, breaking the switches in the process. Anyway, I was going to Mountain Home anyway, and needed a couple of things from Bass Cat (like 2 new windshields) and stopped by on Monday with my boat.Turns out, it aint the original wiring, and I think 4 different guys came out to look at it, as well as Ron and Rick themselves, and finally one guy knew that wiring diagram and got it all working again. In todays world, where can you take something you bought used to the manufacturer and them do that kind of service for you AND have the owners also there looking and giving input? I cant think of many.So in the same world that shows few thank yous anymore, THANK YOU BASS CAT - I appreciate owning one of your boats and the way yall do things. I dont think Ill ever own any other bass boat but one yall make. Exceptional people - THANK YOU!!

Did they have the windshields for the 90 in stock? I have a 91 model that did not come with one when I bought it last year. I think I need a windshield, the boats look better with windshields in my humble opinion. BASSHAWK91 Pantera 2 91 Mariner Mag II 150

I bought both the drivers side and passenger side – I think about $75-80 for each. In fact, they had everything I needed from the little screw caps to the switches to the windshields and rod box arms ….. 20 years old and they still have parts for it all? Pleasant surprise!

I would like to echo Your thanks Stealthycat. I had a minor issue with my used Cat and had one the service guys call me when I was home, “AFTER HOURS for him” to talk me through how to resolve my issue. Not to mention the service you get from Mrs Dory She has gone above and beyond more than once for me. Many businesses could and should stand up and take notice of how the Pierces and the Basscat Employees, take care of thier customers. I would like to say Thanks to the folks at Bass Cat Myself, My hats off you you all.
