The one by the horn should be an extra, look under your dash for a set of wires that have a but splice on the end, but nothing hooked to them. One will be orange, thats the hot when the switch is on. Those switches are open accessory switches for you to add an accessory you like down the road. Boats with lighted handrails use the accessory on the A10 touch panel (the one with the horn). I use my accessory switch on the security panel to run livewell lights. If you need power to an accessory down the road, you have two choices of where to run it.
