Actuator problem

actuator on trailer is not coming off the ball unless it is level any tricks to help are do i need to replace the system 1994 pantera classic --------- Atwood actuator system thanks GOOSE

Goose, this is not the service forum. Though on an older Attwood coupler those can need lubrication, and they can hang with wear. The shock, spring and assembly will need service. Odds are the old brake coupler is hanging up. If its a standard coupler then its just worn.
