I have a 2017 Cougar AE with poles. The pumps are attached to the walls of the compartments behind the seats. Since you are writing about power poles and not raptors, the passenger side will fit in ok, however the drivers side will have to be shimmed a bit out so you gain clearance for the neck of the tank that has the fluid in it. I found this out because I had to replace that tank due to the neck breaking on mine, and without shims it will rub or flex against the gas tank. It’s sort of a pain to do, I wound up glueing what I used for shims together (fiber washers) and then glued them to the mounting portion of the tank so that I would be able to shove the bolt through it. If your pretty flexible and young (I am neither) it isn’t too bad. One of the guys from Basscat who assembles these gave me that knowledge when I was attempting to get enough clearance for the cap. Also, another thing to consider are the fittings on the lines. I was told by a marina that those fittings that connect the lines to the tanks are a one-time use deal and could leak if you’re taking them on and off a bunch of times. By the way, when you do this pull whatever you can out of the way (as in batteries) so you gain plenty of room.
