AGM batteries and Aluminum battery trays

I am about to get a new AGM starter battery, but was wondering if they will fit in the aluminum trays. I havent determined what brand or model I am going to get but the 6 pack shape makes me wonder if it is a straight forward switch out.Also, can I still use my 4 amp auto charger to keep it fully charged.
