Many have written on his behalf, and I hope I spelled his name correctly but I wanted to add my two cents today. Needed a part today and the process was smooth, friendly and professional. As one who works in retail, I know that good brand ambassadors make a brand special and increase loyalty. You have a true Gem in this Man and wanted you to know how much I appreciate him, and hope that you can do something special for all he does for the owners. I agree Allen is Awesome! Hes a great representation of the Brand! BassCat is lucky to have him working there. Its one of the reason why I buy so many parts from BassCat is because of Allen. Thank you!!!!Stephen
