AR 2010 Merc 250 Pro XS with 244 hours – Motor+controls ONLY

Im considering repowering my Cougar with a Yammy but will need to sell the Merc first. SmartCraft gauges, motor in excellent condition and has been well maintained with water strainer cleaned at least twice a year and filters replaced annually. Just replaced the water pump in December. Absolutely no hint of mechanical or other problem, so is there any buying interest for a used Pro XS? It does not have a TorqueMaster LU. I see values all over the board so not sure what a fair price is...dealer gave me an estimated trade-in and I know he is taking the resale risk, but Id like to narrow the spread between what I get for the Merc and what I pay for the Yamaha.The ECM report was from 2016. Just made a deal with Danny at Gwinn’s Boat Repair in Mt. Ida. Had one in the box.

Amen. Also found one in Tulsa, but 1.5 hr vs 5 hr drive is much better.
