Aurora Canvas low profile cover

Hello, here is a picture of a low profile cover. This is not the standard Basscat cover we make. However, we have all Basscats patterned this way. You will just need to ask for the low profile cover.Low Profile SabreThanks Brian

Is this pattern available for the Eyra with the monster sized 80lb Thrust Minn Kotta Fortrex Trolling Motor? Also, How much for just the boat cover. I already have a motor cover.Looks good.

Brian can you guys design a cover with less straps for a BCB? I think the R boat cover has ratchets at the rear to make it snug and maybe one strap near the bow that goes under the hull. Much easier to install and remove.Thanks.

Bama96,These guys do a great job and we like the Sunbrella material for less rubbing. The covers with the tent style are strap, as this flat cover is. The key to less flapping and better fuel mileage is tighter covers and the covers with no straps cost you about one MPG.

Just what BCB said. The less flapping the better, that is why the standard has more straps. However, we can do what the customer wants. We have the same material and boat buckle straps that other people are using. I like the Sunbrella (marine acrylic) as BCB mentioned. Also, no motor cover will save a few bucks.

I dont tow with it on anyway. I just wanted a quick on and off cover. I keep the boat under my river house through the spring/summer. Have had four of your covers and they are a fine product. Zero issues.

Saw your question on durability over on BBC.I had the same cover pictured except strap placement was a little different. I bought mine in 2003 and sold it with the boat in 2011. I towed with the cover most of the time and it saw numerous 1500 mile trips. the cover was still in new condition with one small tear where I had a wire tie rub on it. I wrapped my hull with stretch wrap as well as the motor cowling before each trip so I had no rub marks or scratches. the rear most straps I wrapped with stretch wrap or soft towels to keep them off the hull. Also if you twist teh straps as they come around the trailer they will not flap as bad and likely will not be able to hit the hull. My cover was built based on the equipment on the boat, Boarding ladder, specific TM dual console ect. Great covers in my opinion.Treat everyday like it might be the last

Cover on my Puma is good. No flapping issues. Takes maybe 2 minutes to get it off, and maybe 4 to put it on if Im not in a hurry. I will have to get some rubber pads or something for the cinch-down straps in the very back. Those do sit close to the hull, but no rub marks yet. Great product and excellent fit! And its maroon. Now if I can only find a way to put a certain group of three white letters on it without it leaking during a heavy rain.Gig Em!Your Signature …
