I invented the Bac Rac for my wife, my fishing partner since 2009. It took me 34 years to realize what a pain storing and sorting rods is for a co-angler. In 2012 I fished with a buddy and spent a good portion of my day sorting and untangling rod tips. I came home and drew up the Bac Rac.We now have 5 models in the Bac Rac line but by far the BRV2 is the most popular. It comes in 16 colors and holds 5 rods. I designed it for the back deck but more and more users are installing them in the front rod lockers. Installation is simple: open the hatch, place Racs, close and latch hatch, done.
