Back From Florida
I was asking for wheel bearing sizes from BCB last week just to have a spare set for my trip to Florida. I had no problems with wheel bearings by the way. I promised a report on my trip when I got back. The lakes are really low as they are hurting for rain. and I could not get into a few places I normally fished growing up there. This was caught on my first day on the lake. The lake is the Talsa Apopka chain She was caught in the Inverness pool / Henderson in case there is anyone from Florida interested. I caught her on a 7.5" watermelon red wacky worm. My brother in-law and nephew were with me. and they were laughing at me hooking the worm in the middle. Well they did not laugh long because I caught her on the 3rd cast with the wacky worm. She weighed 11 lbs and 12 oz and was 26.5" long. We left the camera in the truck so I put the fish in the live well ran back to the ramp got the camera and ran back to were I caught her and took some pictures and released her. This fish is now my personal best. Besting a 10.4 caught here in Texas a few years ago. I also caught a bunch of smaller fish in the 2 lb class while I was there. A few guys at the lake asked a few questions about Bass Cat I guess they do not see many in that area and they were impressed. Thanks again BCB Gary Schroeder
