anyone know where to get some replacement back up light bulbs?I know BCB sells the complete kit.....I need just the bulb. I have tried a few local auto shops without any luck finding an exact match. Thanks,Jon
I looked at these- but find no mention of submersible- I am looking for a better alternative than the current stock ones on my 2009 Puma FTD- have been through two lights already because of leakage. Any ideas or did I happen to get two bum lights in a year and a half?
My light leaked too,I went to Northern tool and got these magnetic spotlights that I put on the top of my SUV at night, and nissan just happened to have a ACC plug by the back to where I run the plug.It lights up the whole ramp, boat, etc.I can put the lights on when I need them.
Hmm…Ive had backup lights on my previous two Cat trailers and never had any leakage issues. I just got one from BCB for my current Cat. It will be interesting to see if it leaks.
Ok, I guess thats what I have been looking for. Didnt mean to say I was looking for just the bulb.I pulled the entire light out of the rubber/plastic holder and cant find a replacement.Jon
I got the bulb from oreillys auto parts and much cheaper. Whatever the bulb number is, and I forget, just had them order it. It was the same oneLast edited by Puma Jim on January 15th, 2011, 2:44 pm, edited 1 time in total.
Sealed beam 12 voltsH-9414 is the part numberFits right into the Bass Cat housing. I have two housings so I can swap out fast and then later pull out the light and replace from the housing.Ron
