Bass Cat Horn

The horn on my new Caracal is this extremely shrill, high pitched noise - does not sound at all like a horn like it did on my old Bass Cat. Is this normal?

The last two Cats I’ve had the horns have been that way. I’m sure there is a reason with regards to hearing it and decibel levels.

One of my granddaughters is on the autism spectrum and the new horn really bothers her (annoys me too). It is really loud and it must have something to do with a minimum decibel level required.
