Again, please dont use email to communicate with the Parts and Service staff. They often are tied up and we know a hold is hard, though they respond best to the phone. Search the Owners Board if you have a question as it is usually here if its about a Bass Cat. We ask you to please try to use your local dealership whenever possible. The staff is not large and they can not handle every question and the topic is a hot one at BCB. The staff finds themselves using Google several times a day trying to answer questions that were unrelated to Bass Cat and Yar-Craft products. We know that seems like a stretch, however its not as they are trying to please anyway possible. Over the last several months they have become someones answer board and its taking the great service level away from our customers.Please dont take offense to this memo, though recently they have found themselves not handling customer items and issues. Instead they find themselves handling someones inquiry on how to fix something that should be in a technicians hands. BCB
