I havent looked under the dash yet to see what is there.MikeOn the boats, purple is the wire that is hot with the key on. If the boat has a separate voltmeter, you will find a purple wire at the voltmeter. Just connect a feed wire on the same terminal as that purple wire and run back to connect to the alarm wire on the Talon. Also, for a battery cutoff switch, I use this one. I make a bracket using a motor strap of a large starter (remember, I have a starter/alternator shop) that screws direct to the post on the battery and the switch bolts to it. Then all wires that I want to “cut off” goes to the other terminal. The key locks everything on and a small chain or zip tie keeps the key from getting lost.JohnLast edited by JonesTrollingMotor on June 19th, 2014, 4:57 pm, edited 1 time in total.Jones Trolling Motor Services870 773 3474Motorguide/MinnKota/PowerPole/Lowrance/Humminbird
