Scuppers are rear drains that allow floor water to release from the drain channels. These are either flapper style or ball $%%@ style. The ball $%%@ style is better, though we also had some installations where they centered the scupper hole and it should have been at the top, thus the ball does not totally seal. The flapper style are really hard to seal as the flap floats with water action.Neither company can help you with a valve or cap as we manufactured the tube for the scupper through the transom. That area is going to require rear plugging and Home Depot or Lowes may have a cork that best does this. They also have those threaded caps for the livewell overflows for those who desire to cap the overflow on the livewell. BCB
