BCB Customer Service…TOP NOTCH AS USUAL

Once again, another great example of the GREAT customer service by Alan and Basscat. I called on Thursday of last week to say that the rubber grommet that holds the tail light in place on the trailer had fallen out. The light was still attached but no rubber grommet. I told Alan that I needed to buy the grommet but couldn't find it on the website. Alan told me to sit tight and that he was going to just send me the whole tail light assembly at no charge. I received the package on Saturday. Needless to say, Alan went above and beyond what I expected but this is not the only time he has done this. It may sound crazy to some people to say that it is reasons like this that I will never own anything but a Basscat...but I will not own anything else but a Basscat. Even my tournament partner (bug owner) admitted that this is great customer service and that it wouldn't happen with other manufacturers. Thanks Alan and BCB!
