BCB Customer Service…TOP NOTCH AS USUAL

Once again, another great example of the GREAT customer service by Alan and Basscat. I called on Thursday of last week to say that the rubber grommet that holds the tail light in place on the trailer had fallen out. The light was still attached but no rubber grommet. I told Alan that I needed to buy the grommet but couldn't find it on the website. Alan told me to sit tight and that he was going to just send me the whole tail light assembly at no charge. I received the package on Saturday. Needless to say, Alan went above and beyond what I expected but this is not the only time he has done this. It may sound crazy to some people to say that it is reasons like this that I will never own anything but a Basscat...but I will not own anything else but a Basscat. Even my tournament partner (bug owner) admitted that this is great customer service and that it wouldn't happen with other manufacturers. Thanks Alan and BCB!

BCB goes above and beyond expectations often. To maintain that standard takes effort from the receiving department to rigging and shipping of the boat. Top notch service!

What is REALLY sad here is that this is just a “ho hum” story. It happens so often, it no longer is surprising at all. Good folks up there for certain.

Got to agree about Alan being so helpful. Just as everyone else is at BCB. Alan has helped me above and beyond on several occasions. What a privilege it is to be able to deal with the folks at BCB!

BCB is very fortunate to have Allan. Ive had to deal with him on several occasions my self. He is always very cordial, more than willing to help, not to speak he knows his job. Which is crucial in his position. Im sure all the folks as bcb is this way as i dont think Rick would have it no other way!

Completely agree with Redngoo’s comment about how fortunate BCB is in having Allan at their company, assisting customers.

Alan has always been great to deal with!

Texlacat- on your tail light grommet I’ve seen various fits on the past few boats I’ve had. And seen them pop out when pulling the trailer out of the water, the water rush pop’s them out. A good hot glue gun and few beads here or there around the grommet on the fiberglass side should help you out alot if they feel loose.

Alan is an employee that every boat company wish they could find. He knows the boats, parts, and not just the new models, but models from the 90’s. His knowledge and willingness to help is an example of the BCB culture. I have met him numerous times. He is more than just a great support to BCB but a really great person. While I was there everyone was supportive and made me feel part of the BCB family, Dorey, Dallas, Richard, Bartan, and Rick himself. Its why I’m in my 4th BCB and will always remain in one.
