So lets see if I got this straight, you all critisize the man for demanding something as a paying customer. Please dont put BCB so high on a pedistal that yall think they walk on water. They make errors just like every other business in the world. The guy has a right to demand satisfaction, yes I said demand. Its no different than if any of you were to go a restaurant and demand that your food was as you ordered it or if Bass Pro shop sent you the wrong item. Im pretty sure you would demand satisfaction.
