you will have to lookbit up – maybe on Dexter web site- anyhow it is fairly simple. Use a dead blow hammer or regular hamner and a wood block to remove the bearing buddy caps. Remove the cotter pin- castle nut and washer. Pull the hub. Remove the outer bearing – knock out the wheel seal on the back ( you want to replace it anyhow with a new double lip seal.
remove the inner bearing. Clean both bearings – I use a few cans if brake clean, after i wipe off old grease. Same thing with spindle. Now inspect the bearings for wear. Also check the spindle and sleeve the wheel seal rides on. If you decide to replace your bearings- order them ahead of time from BCB, including the wheel seal. Dont use local auto parts. For grease use Lucas red and tacky or Valvoline red. Put a glob in your hand and start squeezing/pressing it in the bearing /cage. I put a bunch inside the hub as well. Reassemble reverse order. After reassembly. The castle nut goes on handtight- hammer the bearing buddy back on / wood block- you need to use a punch right in the crease/corner of hub and Bb- to keep it from moving/pop out

Buckeye has the step below, but I would ask you about how far you plan to tow? Not knowing the service history you may want to go with a whole replacement hub assembly. If planning on towing long distance, I would put at least one new assembly on each side so if one of the older ones goes bad, you can still pull the wheel and get a little further down the road.
