3M 5200 Marine Sealant is the best below water line sealant but I dont think it comes in clear. Its pretty permanent though. 3M 4200 can be removed and is pretty tough as well.http://www.3m.com/product/information/M … alant.html

I agree with this and the only reason I never mentioned it was because of the OPs want for clear. If I use the 5200 on the motor mount bolts, pump, etc..will they come back off? LOL.

I have mounter Starboard to fiberglass in the bilge with 5200. Its better than liquid nail stuff at Home Depot. Mounted a charger to the starboard. No holes in the boat.
