Best prop for Cougar FTD w/ Vmax 250

Ive got a 2004 Cougar FTD with a 2003 250 Yamaha Vmax OX66. The prop currently on the boat is a Yamaha 27-M (pro series). Ive been told that I have the wrong prop on the boat. I just got it and havent even put the boat on the water yet to see how it will run with the M series prop. Any thoughts on what I can expect? Also, which prop would be best for my set up?

How about a spin on the water first and see what it performs like. You should be close with this one. BCB

I ran that prop on a 250 v-max ran in the low 70s loaded with 2 people dont know if you can get any more than that from that rig? I would say you have the right prop.
