Big Thanks to Mr Pierce and the Guys from Parts!

I had an extremely frustrating problem with a critical, non-BassCat component of my rig (I dont want to get into what component). Things werent going well and finally the issue made it to Mr Pierce and in less than 24 hours the issue was settled. The number 1 reason BassCat is my only choice in boats is exactly because of the type of attention my issue received. You hope you never have a problem, but if you do, its wonderful to deal with a company like BassCat whos owner truly is concerned with his customers. I dont believe youd find this dedication and personal integrity in any other boat company. Thank you Mr Pierce!
