Same thing happened to my Caracal SP. They put way too long of a bolt on the front roller. BassCat paid for the repair, but still wasn’t happy. I feel like BassCat really rushed my boat out the door. They had a big backlog at the time I ordered it. Felt so relieved when that boat sold. The trailer must of been defective, or something because it wouldn’t load for anything. My dad has an older Caracal and it loads a little weird, but nothing like mine did. Getting ready to order another boat, but not sure what I’m going to get next.
Took delivery on my new eyra and was having a great time while breaking in motor until the end of day when I went to load for the first time. I find it hard to believe they would trim bottom bolt but leave the top hanging out well past the roller. Dealership said they all come like that and I’m SOL.
