For us its going on a 47 year consistent effort which handles products that are sometimes more than four times the age of the opposing brands. Newer companies start up and people tout the service, which is a true analogy. Newbies can look really good because they have to and its easy. If youve built almost no units, or even a few thousand over time, then you can look good easy. Their customers dont realize that providing a widget on a brand or boat less than your childs (insert grandchild if age appropriate) age is pretty simple. They dont have dozens of calls about everything from an ACCO steering in 1985 to a NexSysLink gauge in 2012. Maybe its just building the seats for your 1986 Pantera Pro. The of course there are parts we simply cant get as vendors are long gone. One of the best examples of all this are those BP dashes from 1993 we still service as retro kids. Thats a 1993 dash that today is 25 years old, and we still offer conversion kist. Many of todays boat companies end service at 7-10 years and few try to assist what is the six or seventh individual ownership on that boat. Some boats are on dozens of owner flips down the road. To proof is way down line by decades on showing how much you care. Lets see down wind how that 1997 X model gets service, whether the owner of Brand FZ can get his widget without going to the dealership 200 miles away. Maybe the L series is adequately supported beyond the last evolution of the Hawk. Though a Brand C windscreen definitely is not supported today, which holds true for many other expired brands. When we say we care, we truly care from top to bottom. We still graphic have dash inserts for those 1990 model Pantera II models, try that elsewhere. Sure, We miss some though its because we dont care. And weve supported that with staying power no other company can attest to.All this makes these nice comments very special and it drives us to try harder! BCB
