I ordered the step and pole about 3 weeks ago. I havent received it yet…. but seeing your damaged step has me stressing out! I hope mine doesnt get thrown around and delivered busted up!

They already have another step in production right now for me, meanwhile I will just install what I have and replace the step when the new one gets in. No worries at all.God Bless, Stephen

There is a damage claim with the shipper, and BCB is outta the loop in reality, as they are not responsible for damage in shipping. This is another example of how they go above and beyond in customer service, and i certainly hope they hold the shipper responsible for the package, i guess that is what insurance is good for ! Not only do they go above and beyond, i think the most important thing to remember is that they go period. one of the major things that drew me to bcbs was that you can get whatever you need from the factory, i mean whatever it is on that boat they can get it to you. try ordering a part from another manufacturer directlym. i am sure most are like r,s and c, gotta go through the dealer if you can even get the part.

Just got my step and post today. Box was crushed and smashed but with the exception of some scratches on the post everything appears to be ok fine. Not sure if all the parts are present and accounted for. No paperwork telling me what I should have received

The grab posts are heavy and cumbersome, thus they tend to drop and throw them around. We hate to add to the packaging costs though we need them to get there in one piece. BCB

How long does it normally take to get one of these step and poles delivered? Is it a 3 week or better wait time? If that is the case I better get on the ball and get a set ordered.
