The hat only installs one way unless they forced it in place. We do not install the hats and they have been backwards on limited occasions. The fuel lines are the easiest, though you need to measure on the in and out sections on the ports. We apologize for the issue and unless they have changed the hat design, the line are simplest as it was a timed install.

Dan, I only have the 10g and 33g tanks. My 10g kicker is in the left rear, and has to be set to right for it to pull fuel from it. Just figured since mine has a under seat tank they didnt really put alot of thought into Left/Right on the switch. I will tell you, once I just reached down and turn it 90 deg before blast off, thinking I put it on the big tank. You wanna look like a fool? Floored it got on plane, engine shut off…. I turned the dial to the blank spot (off)

I just want the switch to line up with the gauge. If I have it set to L, I want to have L gauge match the tank.I have the rear 26 and belly 33. The switch and the gauges are opposite each other (and the switch is opposite what it was on my 2015 where L was the lower belly tank and R was the rear tank)Last edited by Hollada on July 27th, 2018, 5:00 pm, edited 1 time in total.

Oh! Your just talking about the wiring on the dash, not the actual fuel selector valve.Then just get a small straw and reverse the fuel tank in leads on the AMP plug for the dash.
