.As the inventor of the coolfoot line of products http://www.centralcoastbassfishing.com , we’ve had 24 years of experience with a similar product to Reflex. We recommend water with some liquid dish-soap and a sponge to apply the soapy water and some clean water to rinse it. The EVA foam is a very resilient and hardy product, you can use most any cleaner but good old soap and water works great. Our Ultrex wears a Light Blue coolfoot and it shows dirt fairly easily but soap and water works great to get it back to like-new condition.
