Compartment lights?

They have 3M adhesive stick on LED light kits in the store and these will be available for some time. The push button lox switches are also available and they have to be mounted as low as possible to prevent switch breakage from lid angles. BCB

basscat tyler, here is the way I wired mine. You should find this useful. Just ignore the word “mercury” since you will not have those but the switches are the same.Everyone should believe in something. I believe Ill just go fishing!

I installed the LED strips in my rod lockers and battery compartment, and the screw on LEDs in all of the other compartments. I tapped power from my 12 volt accessory in the dash, which is always hot, and installed an on/off switch just under the dash for all of them. I did not bother with the compartment lid switches. It was a job that I had not expected to do, as I found out after delivery of my boat that the AE package in 2015 no longer included interior lights as it had on my previous AE.
