console and color question

Looking at the Bass Cat by serial # Facebook page and have two questions. First I saw a few work order sheets listing ".015" after the color. More often than not it was Apple Red. What does the .015 mean and is it something custom or special?Second, I saw an odd looking console on a Cougar FTD. It almost had a trifold face look to it and not sure how it works with electronics. Only one I saw in tons of pictures so I was curious. See pic below.
