Quick question, I own a 07 PII. Just bought the system and am in the process of mounting it. Do I need to drill through the lids or just go with the self taping screws. Thanks

I would use the self taping screw on the lid supports underneath. But if you follow directions and want to directly both to the lid itself to put in a different location that is fine too and you wont even be able to see the bolt head. But follow direction to a T. Let us see some pics when you get them installed. We will post to the web site.
