City launch at Gadsden was tough on Mon. Couldnt back down to far, if you did it would fall off. Went back Tuesday to fish again, couldnt launch. The river fell about 18″ over night according to the “crew” in the little building. They say that they are going to fix the end of the ramp next week in time for the State Championship the following week. As for Lay it is down about a foot right now, maybe more I am not sure. According to the guy a Paradise Point, with the next draw down, it may put him out of business. He was not very happy yesterday morning. We noticed the level had fallen about 6″ when we launched this morning. On the bright side it is raining like a cow peeing on a flat rock right now. According to the new Childersburg just got 1.25″ this evening, with more forecasted. I am sure that everyone is happy, including the farmers.Phil WilliamsBay Minette, AL
