I wish I could come down and take it for a spin. Im really thinking hard about a Suzuki or Honda on my next boat, though its a few years down the road. Im not a speed demon as I dont often run my boat over 50-55mph, though I do like a quick holeshot. I fish a lot of shallower rivers. The only real negative I hear on the Suzuki is they can be hard to prop

Very true. With the Suzuki and Yamaha F200 weighing in around the same as a 200 ProXS would either of these have decent performance on either of the Pantera platforms?

The F200 is a nice engine and ranks with Honda, very dependable and runs 60s. We have run both on the Pantera II platform and they are just nice and smooth. A tie honestly in their performance with Honda maybe having the slight edge because of the engine blocks reputation in other markets with dependability. The Suzuki 200 presently our we have not run on any combo.
