COUNTDOWN TO O I

Only 30 days to the O I. Hope everyone has a safe trip to Mt. Home and hope to meet a few more new friends there again this year. This will be year 16 for us. Wish it was in the fall , too many State BASS, 6-man, BFL and Weekenders this time of year. Would LOVE to b-there but timing is everything.

We agree , counting down here to but taking way to long ..lol , cant wait to get back to Mt home and seeing all our old friends and meeting new ones as well . Sure hope the spring rains are not as bad this yr !!

Spring rains have been kind. The water is fluctuating around the 552 mark which is normal pool. It is about 30 feet lower than the OI last year. The fishing is excellent right now and when tourney time gets here, it will be excellent timing. BCB did a great job of scheduling the dates for this years OI. Doug Sunrise Point Resort Lake Norfork

I am so excited! This will be my first ever OI to attend, and thanks to Doug at Sunrise Point, I now have a place to stay close to everything. I cant wait to meet some of you guys from this forum. Stay safe, and i will see yall in about 28 more days.

Really looking forward to getting on the road to the OI as well. It always seems the closer it gets, the slower the days go. We still have a lot to do to get everything ready for the trip, so that will help pass the time, but I am ready to hit the road today!
