Courtesy Light Replacement

Hello-

I am currently upgrading my 1987 Basscat Pantera. These courtesy lights are 2″x4″ and I am hoping to upgrade them to an LED fixture. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to find something that will work as a replacement? Thank you for any help you can provide!

My suggestion would be to find a suitable LED courtesy light, not necessarily the same size as the existing, and maybe 3D print a bezel for it.  Doing that would allow you the opportunity to direct the light more towards the floor for less glare while you are fishing.  I’ve made a few bezels for friends like that.  I get my lights from Oznium LED and they have been really good quality.

My suggestion would be to replace the existing lights with the Damascus panel and the pushbutton lights used on the newer boats.

The panels covered the existing cut out for the original lights.
