I recently have an accident with my boat, no injuries but serious enoough that I cried when I saw the damage to my Puma.. Anyway, I took the boat into the shop to have the damage fixed and the repair shop ordered the supplies they needed from Basscat. I just spoke with the repair shop to see what the estimated time was to get it back. The owner stated and I quote ” He has never dealt with a manfacturer that was so accommodating as those people” This is a man who been doing fiberglass repairs since 1985.
