What is most likely is a bad pump scenario, so swap some pump cartridges out in the rear and be sure that those pumps don’t have moisture or condensation issues internally. We are going to point to pumps first, though since you seem to have the power protection operating with two pumps on, it is less likely it’s a pump. That is unless one of those pumps is causing the shut down individually and your assuming it’s two failing, though freshwater in, pump out, bilge and aeration all have separate internal protection. The errors on one should not cross over.
That also can be a voltage issue in the supply side. Be sure the cranking battery is good ona charge, check the rear terminal block wires and screws for,corrosion, and verify the voltage at the panel is 12.0 plus volts. Reboot the dash assembly by unplugging it and replugging it.
