Depth finder choices

I am looking to add a new depth finder to my 2004 Classic. It will not be an indash, it will take the place of my present GPS (more of a car model). I want a split screen depth finder/GPS. I dont need a lot of bells and whistles but I would like to be able to have detailed maps of all the Alabama lakes (something with that much memory) I dont fish outside of AL that much. Is there anything like this in the $5-600 range?
